It depends on the measure. Loft insulation is usually done in a day, an EV charger in a few hours, and solar or a heat pump typically takes one to three days. We'll always give you a clear timeline before we start, and we keep you updated throughout.

Yes. Every installation comes with a workmanship guarantee, and the products themselves carry their own manufacturer warranties — solar panels typically 25 years, batteries and heat pumps 10 years or more. We'll walk you through exactly what's covered before you commit.

External wall insulation (EWI) is fitted to the outside of your home — it's the most effective option for solid walls and can also refresh the look of your property. Internal wall insulation (IWI) is fitted on the inside and is a good choice where EWI isn't suitable, such as in conservation areas or on homes with limited access.

Most homes with solid walls are good candidates for EWI, but suitability depends on the wall construction, the condition of the brickwork and how much space is available around the property. The best way to find out is a free survey — we'll inspect your walls and give you an honest recommendation.

Room-in-roof insulation is for homes where the loft has been converted into a living space — bedrooms, bathrooms or studies built into the roof. Insulating the sloping ceilings and walls of these rooms properly keeps them warm in winter and cool in summer, and is done to current building regulation standards.
